Shipping policy

Local Delivery

• FREE Local delivery in Kitchener and Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. An email will be sent when your order is prepared for delivery.  If you would like to pick up your order please leave a note and we can arrange a pick up time and location.

 

Ontario

• $8 flat rate applies to all orders below $100
• Free delivery for orders over $100
• All orders within the delivery zone will be delivered Wed-Fri.

 

Rest of Canada and Worldwide

• $10-30$ for Shipping. Orders generally shipped within 72 hours (Mon-Fri) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2-7 days, but there might be delays.

 

* If the shipping cost ends up being less than what it says on the checkout page the difference will be refunded.
